Stealth Secures Suite of Global Brand Distribution Agreements

Stealth Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: SGI) has secured a series of exclusive distribution agreements that strengthen its position as a market-leading distributor in lifestyle and consumer electronics. The company's Consumer Division, Force Technology, has secured exclusive rights in Australia and New Zealand for several globally recognized brands, including CASETiFY, Belkin, and Ember. Stealth has also extended its long-standing partnership with D3O®, the proprietary material used in its own-label mobile accessories brand, EFM.

These new agreements not only expand Force's product range and customer relevance but also restrict competing global distributors from selling within the Australian and New Zealand markets, providing a clear competitive advantage. Additionally, Force has launched its EFM product range on the JB Hi-Fi online marketplace, one of Australia's largest consumer electronics platforms. This partnership opens a high-traffic, digital-first retail channel, expanding Stealth's consumer reach and digital sales capability.

Stealth's CEO commented that these brand partnerships represent significant progress against the company's FY28 strategic plan, reinforcing its pathway to accelerated revenue growth, margin expansion, and brand-led differentiation. The Casetify, Ember, Belkin, JB Hi-Fi, and new market expansion agreements are expected to contribute $7.0 million in incremental revenue in FY26, with material margin upside over the multi-year term of each agreement.

Pro Medicus Limited (PME.ASX) has signed a 5-year, $20 million contract renewal with Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS). The contract includes the renewal of the Visage 7 Viewer, negotiated at a higher per transaction cost, as well as a new contract for Visage 7 Open Archive. Both the Visage 7 Viewer and Visage 7 Open Archive will be deployed in the cloud as part of the deal.

PME Signs A$170M, 10-Year Deal with Colorado-Based UCHealth

In another significant announcement, Pro Medicus Limited has signed a A$170 million, 10-year contract with Colorado-based UCHealth. The contract will see the company's cloud-based Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform, including Visage 7 Viewer, Visage 7 Workflow, Visage 7 Open Archive, and Visage 7 Cardiology Imaging, implemented throughout UCHealth's network of 14 hospitals and affiliate locations. The contract also includes the migration of UCHealth's legacy PACS archive to Visage 7 Open Archive.
