Dicker Data Announces Q4 2025 Dividend

Dicker Data Ltd has announced a fully franked dividend of AUD 0.11 per share for the quarter ended 30/6/2025. The dividend will be payable on 1/9/2025 to shareholders on the register as at the record date of 15/8/2025. Shareholders will have the option to participate in the company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), with the DRP price to be calculated based on the volume-weighted average market price over the 10 business days up to the record date.

Global Health Signs Contract with Jarrah House

Global Health Limited (ASX:GLH) has secured a new contract with Jarrah House, an accredited non-government organisation providing therapeutic residential alcohol and other drug treatment services. The $186,748.10 contract will see Global Health implement its MasterCare+ Client Management System, HotHealth Digital Front Door, and ReferralNet Secure Messaging over an initial three-year term with the option to extend for a further two years. This digital solution suite will support Jarrah House's multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care for their clients.

CAR Group Delivers Excellent FY25 Results

CAR Group Limited (ASX: CAR) has reported outstanding financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025. Proforma revenue grew 12% to $1,144 million, while proforma EBITDA increased 12% to $641 million. Adjusted NPAT was up 11% to $377 million, highlighting the strength and resilience of the Group's global diversified business model.
