VEEM Secures 6-Year, $65M Defence Contract with ASC
VEEM Ltd has signed a 6-year, $65 million contract renewal with ASC Pty Ltd to continue providing specialized parts for the maintenance of Australia's Collins Class submarines. The renewed agreement reaffirms VEEM's long-standing relationship and reputation for precision engineering.
Based on preliminary unaudited results for FY25, VEEM expects to report revenue in the range of $68m to $69m, EBITDA in the range of $8.5m to $9.5m, and NPAT in the range of $2.75m to $2.85m. While ASC revenue is expected to decline 60% in FY25, VEEM plans to build upon the stronger 2HFY25 performance into FY26 based on the renewed contract.

Life360 Inc. reported strong Q2'25 results, with total revenue increasing 34% year-over-year to $219.0 million and subscription revenue growing 34% to $170.5 million. The company also achieved net income of $11.4 million, compared to a net loss of $20.7 million in the prior year period.
Life360 expects full-year 2025 revenue to be in the range of $850 million to $900 million, representing growth of 30% to 38% compared to 2024. The company also anticipates full-year 2025 net income to be in the range of $45 million to $55 million.
