Caterpillar Proposes to Acquire RPMGlobal Holdings
RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL) has received a non-binding indicative proposal from Caterpillar Inc. to acquire all RPM shares and options for $5.00 cash per share. The RPM Board has granted Caterpillar exclusivity to conduct due diligence and negotiate a binding scheme implementation deed. Subject to no superior proposal, the RPM Board intends to recommend the proposed transaction to shareholders.
Vection Expands AI Contracts with $2.1M in New Deals
Vection Technologies Ltd (ASX:VR1) has secured an additional $2.1 million in new AI contracts, expanding its collaboration with Area12 Consulting. Vection is now the primary technology contractor for all of Area12's subsidised finance projects, bringing the total contracted value since May 2025 to $5.7 million. This momentum demonstrates the strong demand for Vection's AI product suite, which is being applied across diverse sectors.
Pro Medicus Achieves Authority to Operate from U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
Pro Medicus Limited (ASX:PME) announced that its subsidiary Visage Imaging, Inc. has been granted an Authority to Operate (ATO) for the Veterans Affairs Enterprise Cloud by the U.S. Department of Veterans' Affairs. This milestone enables the transition of Visage 7 | CloudPACS, the cloud-based implementation of the Visage 7 Enterprise Imaging Platform, to the VAEC.

Aeeris CEO and Founder Retires After 18 Years
Aeeris Ltd (ASX:AER) has announced the retirement of CEO and Executive Director Kerry Plowright, effective 31 August 2025. Plowright founded the company's subsidiary Early Warning Network and has been the driving force behind Aeeris' success for over 18 years. The Board will update the market on succession planning and leadership transition, with Chief Operating Officer James Harris reporting directly to the Board in the interim.
