Caterpillar Proposes to Acquire RPMGlobal Holdings

RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (ASX: RUL) has received a non-binding indicative proposal from Caterpillar Inc. to acquire all RPM shares and options for $5.00 cash per share. The RPM Board has granted Caterpillar exclusivity to conduct due diligence and negotiate a binding scheme implementation deed. Subject to no superior proposal, the RPM Board intends to recommend the proposed transaction to shareholders.

Vection Expands AI Contracts with $2.1M in New Deals
