SKS Technologies Group has announced a significant share sale by its executive team. Executive Chairman Peter Jinks, Executive Director Greg Jinks, and an associated entity of Matthew Jinks completed an on-market crossing of 10 million shares, representing roughly 30% of the Jinks family's total holdings. The move reflects strong investor interest and a desire for wealth diversification, though the family will maintain its majority shareholder position at around 21% of the company. On a brighter note, SKS provided an upbeat financial outlook for FY27, projecting sales revenue of approximately $500 million and a profit before tax of $60 million. The company also announced an additional $38 million in works on its MEL2 data centre project, bringing the total contracted value to $66 million. However, trading in SKS securities has been temporarily paused by ASX Supervision pending further announcement.
XReality Group's U.S. subsidiary, Operator XR, has secured its first order from the United States Marine Corps for the OP-2 Interceptor counter-drone training system. While the contract value isn't material to XRG, the company considers the deal strategically significant as it marks Operator XR's entry into the Marine Corps and the counter-drone training market. Delivery is scheduled for Q2 FY27 and will include software licenses, integrated training hardware, and support services.

Looking ahead, GDM is targeting weekly shipments of approximately 25 wet metric tonnes of concentrate by December 2026 as it continues stabilizing operations at nameplate capacity.
Connexion Mobility has landed a major exclusive supplier deal with Hyundai Motor America for the Dealer Lot Management Platform.
