Strong Quarterly Results for XRF Scientific, Fiducian Settles with ASIC, and Qoria Secures Merger Funding

XRF Scientific has delivered a stellar March 2026 quarter, with revenue up 13.8% to $15.8 million and profit before tax climbing 10.7% to $3.7 million. The key driver was strong international sales, particularly in Asia, which offset some softness in the domestic market. The company also opened a new office in India that's already receiving its first orders.

Over at Fiducian Group, the wealth manager reported a mixed bag for the third quarter. Net inflows to its core platform from aligned advisers were $45 million, but it saw $17 million in net outflows from legacy independent advisers. The company also announced it has reached a $7.3 million settlement with ASIC to resolve civil proceedings.

Elsewhere, Qoria provided an update on its proposed merger with Aura. While the timeline has shifted slightly, the companies continue to make progress, with disclosure documents expected in May and shareholder approval and closing penciled in for July. To help cover transaction costs and strengthen its balance sheet in the meantime, Qoria has secured a $10 million unsecured working capital facility from Aura.

In other news, the Duratec Ertech Joint Venture has been awarded a $281 million contract for infrastructure upgrades at HMAS Stirling in Western Australia. The project will support future submarine capability under the AUKUS partnership.

And Vysarn's subsidiary has been shortlisted by Water Corporation to participate in a formal bidding process for a new bulk water supply. The company is also progressing regulatory approvals and commercial discussions for its Kariyarra Water Scheme.

All in all, it's been a busy day for ASX-listed companies, with a mix of strong operational results, strategic deals, and regulatory developments across the market.
